Your Session
My goal is to capture your personalities and relationships in timeless portraits that you will treasure. I believe the best photos are captured when there are no time constraints and you are in a comfortable and familiar environment. For this reason, I take pictures in your home or in an agreed upon outdoor location. I have a very casual and relaxed style. We will have plenty of time for clothing changes, breaks, and feedings for infants. I want you to receive portraits with which you are completely satisfied.Clothing
Simple clothing will enhance the timeless look of your portraits. It’s best to avoid stripes, plaids, logos, or patterns that will distract the focus away from the face. Classic favorites for kids are khakis, jeans, overalls, simple dresses, bare feet, and babies in their birthday suits. If there is more than one person in the photo, you do not need to match; however, we do suggest that you wear items in the same color tone. When subjects appear in a mixture of light and dark colors, there is visual confusion and one party appears heavier than in reality. After Your Session
Your proofs will be ready for viewing in a private online gallery within one week of your session.
